From an early age I enjoyed watching my father cook at home and create all these new foods for us to try. This is what inspired me to fulfil his ambition of opening up my own manufacturing business using his traditional recipes.
We started making Indian savouries at home including Kebabs and Samosas, delivering to friends and family, word spread within the community.
Word was spreading……people were talking ‘amazing kebabs’ ‘succulent’ ‘tasty’ words use to describe our food!!
Over time we built up a portfolio of clients to include local supermarkets, shops, caterers, general public and now Asda.
For us our mission is to manufacture and produce the best handmade chargrilled kebabs and samosas using only the finest and freshest ingredients. This is what makes us difference from everyone else on shelves
